The venue is made up of 4 interconnecting rooms - The Stonnington Foyer, The Ledbury Room, The Gardiner Room and The Chandler Room.

With limitless room configurations as well as multiple break out spaces, out door terraces, courtyards and media/green room (or wedding suite) - No.1 offers unparalleled flexibility for event planners.

Car parking

No. 1 Events has 152 car spaces. These car spaces are FREE. However the car park is shared with the golf course. There is no night golf so evening events have the entire car park. If overflow car parking is required there is a multi-level car park (1440 car spaces) around 200 metres from the venue at Homesglen TAFE.
